Silver Package
- Carnitas: Chunks of pork, slow cooked for over 2 hours until golden brown. They are crisp on the outside, moist and tender on the inside.
- Nopales Salad: Cactus Salad with Onion, Tomato, Jalapeño and Queso Fresco.
- Frijoles: Home-Style fried beans.
- Salsa Clásica: Serrano and Tomatoes.
- Salsa Verde: Green Tomatillo.
